I dont know which one's more reliable but I hope it's the one I got, TC88.
+1
I have had "GREAT PERFORMANCE" from all of mine in fact I have a great friend that has an "05" ultra with 76k miles on a stock TC88 of really hard and I mean really hard miles and that freaking bike runs awesome.....
You forgot to include the Revolution. It by far is the mot reliable engine HD has ever made. There are many of them nearing 100k without havin ANY problems at all.
It's real common to see people vote for the item they own. I see this in other polls too. I own an Evo, but I have NO IDEA which engine is the most reliable.
Yes, please add the Revolution (V-Rod) motor to your list for the poll. It is a Harley Davidson engine made in the Kansas City, MO plant. I have a TC 96 and a Revolution, they are two totaly different motors, both are reliable, but the Revo has my vote as the most reliable engine ever made by HD. I have 25,000 miles on it and it still has not used a drop of oil, no leaks, no issues whatsoever. I have never done anything to it but change the oil every 5,000 miles and it only has one place to put the oil, not 3 like the TC, which I call the tractor.
Add me to the REVO list. 10k on my old 06 revo and not a drop of oil leaked or burned. Currently on 1500 miles on a new night rod special and it's shaping up to be awesome as well. Willie G really did an incredible job with this engine.
