Default Doherty Machine

Anyone order from them before?

I ordered a PowerPACC air cleaner from them a few weeks ago, got an e-mail that the order was "processing" and havn't heard since. I have e-mailed a few times, and called a dozen. No one ever picks up, and I have left a few messages.

If I don't hear from them by the end of this week I am going to call and cancel the order and notify my credit card company.

I forgot exactly where I ordered mine, but it was just drop shipped from Doherty.

I've had great luck with Doherty Machine's customer service. Everytime I've emailed Josh Doherty, I have gotten a quick response helping me with any and all my questions. Odd that they aren't responding. What email address are you sending to?

My experence I had with them years back was not good. It was on a wide tire kit. Half the stuff had to be re-engineered and they had poor product support. Maybe things have changed, but because of their lack of support, I have not bought since then.

Suggest you cancel from them and buy through Drag Specialties from an independent shop. Most independent shops will give you a 10-15% discount on orders. Drag stocks all of Dohery's combinations of the powerpacc and usually delivers to shops very quickly, in some states, overnight. Threads on this forum have always been overwhelmingly positive about the quality and performance of this particular product. Watxh their video installation, the quality and fitment is apparent. Good luck.
