We know that on the latest models, the speedometer works reading the rpm and the gear you are in, but can someone explain in detail how this works? I have this real problem when after installing a Thundermax, I am not sure what to use as a number or figure. With a new injection and timing system, you have to enter the correct figure so your speedo reads correctly, but I have no idea which is the correct figure.
I just installed a Tmax with Autotune, but Zippers is so far into prehistory, that any 2008 or even 2007 bike are not included in their list.
So I have two questions, 1.- How does the speedo work on a 2006-2008 since they have no wheel feedback and 2nd andmost important, what should the figure be for an FXSTSSE2-2008 Springer? Ã'm actually having some fun and games getting the thing to work correctly...
Any clever ideas? One thing is clear, Thundermax MUST do their homework if they really want to sell.
