mine actually has a full name..and a rank:
LT Blue E. Bloop!
The name is a spin off of something my dear ol' pappy (RIP) used to say...and the rank is after the way I used to treat lieutenants in the army....take good care of 'em...and ride 'em hard!

Roxanne-The wife and I came up with that name along with another. We went on our first ride together to Lakeshore HD in Libertyville, IL, just to break her in. When we got there and shut her off, what was blaring on the PA? Yep, it was Roxanne by the Police. Done!

Her name is "The Reaper" (I just call her Reaper). I wear an ACC DOT lid unless I'm in a free state, where I choose to go lid-less.

Name vs Title
Well, I guess I've given my past 4 out of 5 H-D's a Title, like the "****", not so much a name.
It's really more than a name.
Names are given with hopes.
Titles are earned.
My last 4 Harleys have earned their Titles and though it may not sound like it,
the Titles are a true sign of pride not shame.
1985 FLT- Tour Glide- The Ugly Duckling
1990 FLHS- Electra Glide Sport- The Flame
1997 FLSTS- Heritage Springer- White Trash
and most recent
2003 FLHTUCI- TUNA BOAT - aka -Gahbage Bahge, as said in NH,
said elsewhere, Garbage Barge
prior to these 4 bikes all my others were just bikes held together with a shoestring budget. All the memories with those earlier bikes seem to blend into one long foggy day. But at the time it was often hard for me to remember my own name or title. But either way I was mostly refered to as "Hey, you *#&@*" and I soon forgot anyway.
Helmets
NH don't need to wear one, so I don't most of the time
1sthelmet is a half novelty,
2ndand3rd are DOT half helmets, 1 with snaps for visor, the other without
4thhelmet is a DOT half helmet and has a visor with or without shield, zipper ear coveringsandalso headset to use with the Ultra.
