spark knock

have an 02 road king. had big bore 95" installed. screaming eagle heads, 10.5 compression. have a power commander also. use the best fuel i can find, unable to keep from spark knocking even after repeatedly adjusting the power commander, what's next ?

Have you checked the MAP sensor? It would help if you better described where the knock is occuring. WOT at upper rpms, lower rpms when going WOT, etc.

I think my spark knock is comming from a bad seal on the rear cylinder valves,spark plugs will tell the story,this one has little globs on the electrode,causing a hot spot,hence the knock.The globs are caused by oil,did not even really notice that it was using any extra,dosen't take much,front plug ok.As soon as motor is warm under a load it starts to knock,even with new plugs.
