Babies are a lot tougher and resilient than we think they are.
My boy is 10 months old and is the greatest gift I have ever received.

He's a handsome lad Boone, and he looks pretty strong too 
! As others have said, Kids are tough little critters, and many have come into the world early, and then grow up to be 6'2"! Love is the big thing, and it looks like he's getting plenty of that

Congrats. Stay strong. Our prays are with you and the little one.
They told us to abort with our last one. Doc's thought they seen problems and didn't want to chance a deformity. We wouldn't hear of it. Wenamed him Leif, Viking for beloved one (past tense, get it) before he was born. Hewas born naturally 12 years ago. Healthy, strong,growing to be a fine youngman now. No regrets. No regrets

Congrats Dad! Great looking kid. Premies are soooo amazing and they can do so much for them now. You should be in good territory and in good hands with all our prayers to boot! Enjoy him. He will be grown before you know it. Your going to find one of the cruel parts of life is that time accelerates once you have kiddos! Peace be with you and your family.

Things will be fine. It's hard to realize that with all the tubes and tape, because it looks scary. Medicine is routinely doing amazing things.
