Not the helmet, it's the wind. \\; \\; I have a windshield and use a half helmet, but still, \\; anything over 60mph \\; \\; (less some days), \\; earplugs go in.

I've ridden various half helmets over the past 25 years and the Seer is the absolute best in my opinion. VERY comfortable and good looking.

Look on their accessories page, they have Wind Buffeting Tabs that attach to the ear straps to keep them quiet.

try riding without a helmet and see if the noise is there, I bet it still is. Its not the helmet, its the wind rushing past your earlobes at 60 miles an hour plus. Ever blow across the top of a beer bottle? \\;

Ridden with and without helmets at highway speed. Yes there is noise without a helmet, but not nearly as bad as the half helmets.
Only thing that will reduce that noise is either wear earplugs or a full face.

Half helmets do not cover you ears. \\; Get some earplugs. \\; Big difference, or buy a 3/4.

Gave up on being a 'cool' biker dude half-helmet-wearing, Harley guy \\;and recieved much teasing from the other 'cool' biker dudes.
I like my 3/4 with shield.
I can wear my favorite Maui's without the wind drying out my contacts. Have additional protection from junebugs. And I can hear my bike over the sound of the wind.
