If you pull the right plug make sure you unscrew the fill cap and the oil will gush out. It needs to vent

Wrong plug?
&nbsp\\;
Did the plug you pulled out have an allen wrench AND 6 point head.&nbsp\\; If not you pulled the wrong plug.
&nbsp\\;
Follow the line straight down from the oil tank and you should find another plug.....hopefully

The oil drain plug is located on the right side of your bike (here is a 'not so great' picture I just took from the User Manual.
&nbsp\\;
If you removed the drain plug from the center of the bike (between the 2 shocks), that is for the transmission fluid.

&nbsp\\;
Pulling the tank (along with all the oil line fittings) is a PITA....
&nbsp\\;
If you have any mechanic friends (gas station, repair shop, etc.) check with them and see if you can borrow some long needle nose type pliers to fish out the tube.
&nbsp\\;
I don't know exactly what they are called, but they have a long, slim type of plier that would reach into the tank and should work.
