 \\;Hello out there i'm just checking if anybody has seen the cicadas this year they are ruthless!!!
Went to ride yesterday and if you have see the movie Wild Hogs when they got pelleted with the
locust...? \\; Well you get my drift. \\; \\;Anyway they say we have six weeks of these \\;till they go under ground again... To say nothing of the deafening sound they make.

I'm in southern Ohio, and they're not around here too much yet...rode over to Greenbo State Lodge in Greenup County, Ky a few days ago, and the little buggers were screamin'! [:'(]

Met them once when I stayed in Virginia. \\; Noisy little buggars. \\; Creepy too.

I rode from Halls Gap to Munfordsville KY yesterday. Had 3 hard cicada hits. One hit so hard, my chin went numb. The other two direct hits were on my sunglasses. That was messy. I had several that hit my brake and throttle cables, they slimed me pretty good.

I've ridden about 170 miles in the last two days and I've been picking their remains out of places such as shock tubes, windshield crannys, engine fins, etc. They're everywhere.
