Rear brake light switch problems...PROBLEM SOLVED!
Well, it all started when I removewd my rear brake light to change the plate holder on friday. \\;\\\\\\; I took off the signals too and then the rear brake light stopped working. \\;\\\\\\; I took the wires off the switch and tried jumping them. \\;\\\\\\; It did not light up so I assume the switch is fine.

I remember when I changed the bulb on mine that I had to put the lens back on before it would work again. \\; Try that and get back with me. \\; I noticed that you were looking for a tail light also. \\; I have a complete one except for the wireing. \\; If that is what you need, let me know and we can hook up this weekend at ???. \\; No cost.

I took off my Harley module that made the signals intop brake lights, and the problme went away. \\; So obviously it was the module taht had gone bad somehow. \\; I love fixing things myself. \\; I get satisfaction. \\; Got the signals fixed too. \\; The connectors were a little messed up and teh wires weren't seating properly in the connector so there was no contact. \\; Anyway, all good to go now.
