In IL unless your covered under HR218 any firearm needs to be locked in a case in the trunk. \\; This is the worst state for the 2nd amendment. \\;

Having worked in Louisville and lived nearby for several years, if the shooter has Christopher 2X, nothing will surprise me. \\; I have a major problem with what is supposed to be someone in fear for their life. \\; Why did they get out of the vehicle after he was shot and taunt him, and why did mother allow the 15 year old to stand over him and hurl insults and what is believed to be smart a**ed remarks. \\; That tells me there is something more than meets the eye.

Just reading these posts and hearing the varied interpretations as to when it's ok to use your firearm or not is revealing in itself. \\;No wonder crap like this happens, and no wonder that you're \\;10 times more likely to be killed by a gun in the States than \\;Canada, or 4 times more likely to die from an accidental shooting.

the reason that guns are scarce in canada is actually cause of us in the USA. ya see, we worked very hard to lobby your government to ban your handguns and create registries for your long guns so that in time we may invade and conquer.
