In now way was the shooting justified unless she thought her life was in danger, which would only be if he had a gun also. \\; How about rolling up your window or just driving away? \\; That's why being a cop is so dangerous when they pull over someone, so many crazies out there. \\; I personally would never get off my bike or out of my cage to confront someone.

She'll go to prison. \\; She easily could have put the vehicle in reverse and left the scene for one instance. \\; There's no justification \\;for her shooting an unarmed person. \\; \\; The defense attorney will say us bikers are so scarry she feared for her life.

Him just talking is not a life threatening action in itself. I think the lady may have over reacted and shooting him could be a crime. If she did wrong she should be punished .
