Well, if this is true, she's in deep schitt. Still though, why the hell did he approach her? I'm sure there was some sign language leading up to the stop too. If she didn't stop with the intent to put him in his place, then why in the hell else would she have stopped? Can a motorcycle pin an SUV in? Hardly. Both are stupid as hell. The biker already learned his lesson hopefully. Maybe she'll get what she deserves. Her son will do time in jail within 5 years with a role model like that.

I'm sure he's over simplifying it a lot. He makes it sound like he was like, "excuse me miss, but why are you following me so closely?", where in reality I'm sure it was more like "hey b!tch get off my ***". In either case it doesn't justify a bullet to the chest, and if she had time to say all that to him before pulling the trigger, then she had time to defuse the situation, or just drive away.

Did anyone really expect him to say "Yeah, I was wrong, I should have stayed on my bike, etc..."? Of course not. That means, naturally, that the truth is somewhere in between to two versions. She says he threatened her, he says she was on the rampage and had every intention to shoot him from the first. I say they're both idiots. He got what he deserves and if she gets to go through the trouble of a couple of trials (criminal and the logical following civil suit, she will deserve whatever happens.
BTW, I've seen a lot of folks mention the civil suit, myself included. Keep in mind the concept of "shared liability" and "proximate cause".

What is really going to hurt that woman is the action that her son took AFTER the shooting, it really goes to show a frame of mind.

What is troubling to me is that some think that because she had the pistol that she couldn't have been the aggresser, alot of people talk alot of smack just because they have a firearm, he shouldn't have got caught slippin'. Whenever anyone is talking crazy to you ASSUME that they are armed.

Mosier said he never knew Yalanda Parrish before last Tuesday. According to Mosier, he was testing out his new motorcycle when a woman in an SUV who police say is Parrish began tailgating him.
Mosier said the pavement was uneven and there were railroad tracks. He said after being tailgated for some time, he drove in between two cars to get away from her.
Mosier said when he got to a red light, he parked his motorcycle and began walking over to her car to find out why she was tailgating him.
"I just pecked on the window," he said. "It was partially down. And I says, 'Is there a reason why you're on my bumper so close?' And they didn't answer. And they put the window the rest of the way down. And she said, 'Yeah, it's your lucky day.' And I said, 'Why is that?' And she said, 'You're getting ready to get killed.' âŚI wonder how many years she took off my life.

I think this destroys everyones argument about how concealed weapon holders never shoot anyone illegally. \\; THe bitch should serve 20 years in jail and her son should go to juvenille prison until he's 18. \\; The woman already has pulled a gun on someone before. \\; I don't know why anyone is defending her. \\; Someone tailgaiting me with an SUV is trying to take my life to begin with. \\; I am guessing the people who are defending the bitch are people who don't actually ride motorcycles but instead keep them parked in their garage.
