Truly sad...

One bright spot...the article stated that there have been 8 deaths so far this year (still not good), down from 13 deaths at the same time in 2007.

Perhaps people are starting to listen???

That didn't say 8 deaths on the dragon, it said Blount County. big difference.&nbsp\\; But the presence of the THP at the gap has made it a safer place. I know people gripe about them patroling but that place can get downright dangerous at times.

i concur since the leo presence it is a much more enjoyable ride. it still at times can be total chaos. early morning during the week is the best time to ride. enjoy the ride...
