Is your thumb screw backed out? \\; Are the cables hangin up? \\; When's the last time you lubed the cables or throttle sleeve?

The list of possibles gets a bit long due to your 2007 scoot being newer systems. \\; Given that you are under warranty and the critical safety issue, suggest you get er safely to the dealer for warranty-covered fix. \\; And have them tell you what it was. \\; Ride safe!

2007 Heritage Softtail Classic \\; Fuel injection. \\; \\; Thumb screw okay, Trottle Cables okay, Trottle sensor okay. \\; According to the mechanic no code was showing up. \\;

kink in cable someplace, weak return spring, throttle plate not \\;centered in throttle body correctly, throttle plate shaft binding and my favorite your fingerless gloves are not letting you release the hand throttle fully

Is it a case of the throttle not returning all the way? \\; See if you can turn it back any more. \\; Mine does it a bit but it's because I have the throttle return (star wheel) set stiff.

I'd have him check the throttle position sensor again despite the fact there are no codes. \\; The throttle position sensor screws have a tendency to back out and cause this problem. \\; My '07 has been taken back 3 times so far to address this.
