Had the idle screw on my 07 back out and stick my throttle plate open. REALLY OPEN. Apparently the locktite had come undone and let the screw back out and hold it open. Take it in and have em check it. its located on the throttle body.

That could do it too,, if it's moved they'll have to re-calibrate the TPS as well. The butterfly on a EFI throttle body isn't electronically designed to set the idle, the IAC controls/sets the idle.
Erm sorry, forgot to say the "screw" was the throttle stop. TPS was ok, but when it hit a certain engine speed it set a C.E.L. ECU saw the IAC close all the way and no change in idle speed.
I've had similar problems in the past. \\; The past 4 months it hasn't come around again. \\; Coincidentally, this is around the same time I stopped filling with Supreme Unleaded. \\; Just a thought...
Had a simialr problem with mine. Dealer replaced the ECM but that didn't fix it. They finally "discovered" the temp sensor was bad so they replaced it and all is well so far. With extended warr they tried to charge me but found out the federal emmision warr covered it.
