Could this be a leaker ????

Posted here for the most exposure. Look at the gasket. Does it look oil soaked. I realize its tough but watcha think.
Also residue. S&amp\\;S 113 motor.

Could be, but shouldnt be a big issue..
If you do yer own wrenchin, you can do an entire top end
gasket replace in 4-5 hours..

Well I'm considering getting this bike. What could cause the gasket failure. its an older motor 2002 but on has 1500 miles on her. Could there be bigger problems?

I doubt it.. may not have been tourqed right, Could have dried up from not bein run..Not somethin I would worry about..It really isnt that much work to do a complete top end gasket install if it gets worse.. There really isn't much pressure on that gasket.. So It may never happin..
