I've read several references to Duracell bikes on the showroom floor. Well today it hit me smack in the face when I was out driving in the car and a copper/black 105th RK drives by. HOLY SH*T it's the color scheme they're referring too!
I got home and went to the battery drawer and picked up a new D cell Duracell and sure enough, it's the same color as my bike...yikes.
Now my question is...is this meant as a derogatory statement or one of jealousy?
Kidding aside it's freaky amazing that HD didn't pick up on that. At least the Duracell battery has blue pinstripping to delineate my bike from the battery.
Well all I can say is my bike will keep on...going?
Awe com'on! I live in the Copperstate of Arizona. Seemed like a no-brainer to me.
But if you get down to brass tacs the only color you like is the color you like
For me black is about as drab as you can get. The SE 2008's are way cool eye candy to me. That goldish/copper color to me is smooth butta. There were no 2008 SE Fatboys made that I know of.
It's good to know that the Duracell 2008's are uh...hate'm or like'em.
