What do you hate most about riding in the rain?? Cleaning it afterwards!!

LOL, my bike has not been washed since March... though once I get it back after paint this weekend that will have to change. At least until I get some good pictures.

More than the cleaning afterwards, I hate the looks you get as you pass the cager only running half of the speed limit due to the rain.

definately cleaning afterwards. I don't mind riding in the rain at all. Sometimes it's a good experience and it can help improve your riding skills as long as it's not pouring hard with lots of standing water on the road.

I know what ya mean by the cagers. And there on the other hand are the ones that will just blow by ya at about 85 mph and not even think to slow down a little for ya. This morning it was raining like crazy when I got off work and I got about 32 miles to get home. So put on the leathers and head out. I had to stop and get gas and when I went inside, believe it or not, this guy ask me "Did ya ride your motorcycle this morning". Now, for the most part I hate people and the dumb ones just kill me. I really wanted to say something but I figured it would be a waste of time. Ok just one more. The people that know ya rode to work, now its raining at quitting time and the ask ya "Hey its raining, how ya getting home?", again just walk away.

I don't mind riding in the rain, what I hate is if it's the last few miles before I get home ,then spending hours cleaning

There is NOTHING enjoyable about riding in the rain. But the worst part to me is knowing I just spent all that time cleaning the bike before it started to rain(like a pop up thunder storm).

One more on cleaning. Spent several hours cleaning last week after riding about 200 miles in the rain.
