Just the phone call part would have pissed me off. Seriously though this guy needs to grow a set of ***** if he wants to get by in this would, he's going to have a heart attack letting people walk all over him like that if this story is even true.

sorry, but getting on a public forum and bitching about the problems with your dealer, and even naming names is chicken sh*t. Man up, go down there, get the chip off your shoulder and go down and handle the problem. Someone will listen to you. If they don't then do what you gotta do. He said he'd handle it, and you left. People get busy, and crap happens.

All I am going to say is this is MY dealer and I love them. I bought my first bike at Cowboy Harley and had a good experience there but when it came time to trade up....Central Texas bent over backwards to meet every demand (including price) that I made. I have had service done and Rene was not only professional but went above and beyond to ensure that all my requests were completed. Everyone has a bad day at times and maybe the OP just was having a bad day and a small mole hill became a mountain! I will continue to use and refer Central Texas to anyone wanting good service and an overall great dealer!

Upon arrival at the Harley service department on August 22, 2008 I waited 2 hours while service people looked at & walked all around totally ignoring me. When my wife finally called me on my cell phone to ask what was taking so long to drop the bike off one of the guys behind the counter (Rene) took notice as by this point & time I was becoming rather angry. .
