Default Life is full of irony

I don't own a cage, don't need one. Today I was forced to buy one to use to haul my family around while they visit from out of country, and I didn't want to rent, so I got one off a police auction. Needless to say, I now own a former police bike, and a former drug dealer's car, complete with trick compatments.

So now you can play cops and robbers. You can get the whole family involved- it'll make their visit more exciting.

My bike came from a police auction too - although I am the second to own it since then. A drug dealer from Miami I am told, but the VIN info said it started in IL. I've searched all over looking for a stash of $ but no luck. Maybe I should buy a Crown Vic and see what it holds.

I'm picking it up on Saturday, and driving it up to Central FL from the Miami area. The first stop I'm making after searching the car over for cash is the cop shop, to have their dogs sniff it over, and make sure there isn't something still on it. I bought it from a small town PD, and they couldn't figure out why the rear windows weren't working, because they could hear the motors running. Seems like a pretty good reason to pull off the door panels to me. I have friends at the Sheriffs Office who will be able to get anything off the car without any hassle.

Maybe you'll find enough cash to refund your latest purchases.

It is this kind of humor in life that gets me out of bed in the morning.

If there's a stash of $$$$ inside, and the police find it for you, do you get to keep it? Finders keepers, right?
