For the life of me, I cannot figure out what to do with my daughter's helmet after I drop her off at school. She's not allowed to leave it anywhere at school and her locker is not big enough so I have to keep it with me, but I cannot find a way to secure it anywhere on the bike that isn't either dangerous or very inconvenient.
I've seen the helmet locks for securing it when you're not riding, but what do you do with one while you ride.??
It doesn't fit in the saddlebags. It's too big to bungee to the sissy bar.
Get that webbing and strap it to the back seat once she gets off! Even the HD straps aren't very expensive, and they work great for quite a few things.
I usually strap my wife's full face to my sissy bar and run a bungee from the nose bar under the the bottom of the sissy bar and back up to keep it from lifting at speed.
HD has a 4 hook net that works great for a helmet. I bought one a week ago for about $6. I put 4 tie down nuts on the sportster. Stuff sits on the passenger seat.
