On the way back from Texas last July, I started having trouble with the rear head's valve guide seal on my '05 RKC. The head is an Edelbrock made head. Edelbrock was cool about it and gave me a free replacement. Now that I have had that head installed, it leaks oil only at highway speeds in excess of 70 mph, or so it seems. It's real hard to tell where it's coming from, but it looks like where the pushrod tubes go up into the head. I'm taking it back in today to see if they can figure it out. I was just wondering if anyone else has had anything similar to this.

A real fluke, but it does happen, something gets into the 'drain' down in the lifter block. At high RPMs, the oil cannot drain fast enough, and will actually fill the tube, and then gets pushed out. RARE, IMHO, but have seen it. Did I mention that this doesn't happen real often? If not, it happens, but RARELY.
