winter time helmet, need help

Here in Memphis the temp can get below 0ş. I rode with a 3/4 and 1 or 2 silk balaclava and silk glove liners.
Now since the wreck I ride with a Harley full face modular. The full face can be hinged up when it's hot. I'll still use the silk balaclava. Ya can't beat silk for keeping you warm.
