Well, dang it. I never even thought of using the drop light to inspect my chrome.

Now I'm not going to get any sleep until Dave gets back here with the bike so I can double check it.

Simichrome to clean, Griots Best of Show wax to keep looking great. I'm one of those that could be in the most **** contest and do well.

I have had good luck with turtle wax chrome polish and finishing up with a wax.

Griots garage has some amazing products. Speed shine for that layer of dust on your tins, and their chrome polish leaves a mirror like finish. With a little elbow grease their polish will take off boot rubber on your pipes. I won't use anything else. What sold me was the fact my father uses it on his restored 69 Chevelle. The bill for the rotisserie paint job was more than my Wide Glide! If its good enough for that, its good enough for my HD!
