Many, many people used them that I rode with when I lived in Jersey. Never heard a bad thing either. They sponsored many rides and had tables at every event.
I had them for many years, in NJ... they were always good to me..... but I never had need for them... nor did I rack up points..... so check further....
I use them and lost my 25% discount. I am a Police Officer and my patrol car was struck by a drunk driver while it was parked in front of a friend's funeral detail. According to them, because my name was on the accident report, although I wasn't driving at the time, nor was I in the vehicle, I lost my 25% discount. Sucks. I went from paying in the high 500's to over $800 a year. Freaking sucks. Besides that they are good

Whoa, That sucks,
I told them I had a "Not At Fault Accident", and showed them the statement from my current insurance carrier.
I had a woman pull out from a stop sign directly in front of me, I missed her car but dumped the bike in a lawn while in avoidance maneuvers. The woman told the police it was completely her fault, and it was stated so in the Police Report.
The Rider Agent gave me the discounty you mentioned, and also a multi-bike discount,
I will double check on the discount for no accidents with the Rider Agent before committing,
Rider is just entering Pennsylvania and is actively promoting their company at any event they can find. A Rider team was at our H.O.G. Meeting last night to give quotes to any interested person.
According to their rates, I will save $315.00 a year on coverage of two Harleys. That is significant!
I will be talking to the agent later today.
PS, I currently have American Modern Home as my carrier
Both my bikes are insured through rider. $715 for full coverage. The bikes are worth more on paper then what I could sell them for. Never had a clam and 75% of the people I ride with use them. Yet to hear of a complaint.
