I never really thought I'd like wearing ear plugs while I was riding. However, I gave it a try for the first time yesterday. Man, what a huge difference! It made the ride much more enjoyable. I won't be riding without them anymore.

You would be amazed at how much less fatigued you get when you wear plugs on a longer haul - They do make a big difference - I have 45% loss myself so now I am nursing what I have left!
