Glad you got your bike back. They obviously didn't know it was a Duece until later, so they left it behind. Just kidding. Even unwanted stuff gets stolen. Nothing is safe. I keep insurance and a wish list of new bikes in case something happens. The new Harley alarm, with the added siren/horn is very noticeable. I have the Xena disk lock too, but haven't used it. Just lucky I guess.

Glad you got the bike back. Two things in life I hate are liars and thieves. Both deserve a firm karate chop in the throat!

I see allot of advice here so I'll throw in mine
Do's
1. ride a dirty bike
2. have insurance
3. park next to bikes nicer than yours
Don'ts
1. park near trailers or van parking areas at events
2. park in out of the way or unlit areas

Glad they recovered it! Hopefully the steps you are taking will prevent it from happening again.

Swweeeettt!!!! happy to hear that you got your bike back.

Not sure there is really anything absolute to do against a possible theft. If they really want it there is scant that can stop them other than sitting on it while shooting the a$$es.
