I was sitting here looking at some HD jewelry and thinking of buying my wife one of the harley charm bracelets. She likes stuff like that and i figure when go for a ride i can pick up a charm now and then from far off spots.
What you think?
Those that have the braclets can you put alot of charms on a bracelet or just 3 or 4.
Just curious and trying to finish up some xmas shopping
Tought it would be nice for her as alot of times she doesn't ride with me and this way i could bring her back something and you know how women love jewelry and trinkets
Yes, you can put as many as there are links just about. I like them because they sort of tell a story and yes, the charms do make nice gifts. Is it Sterling?

I'm not a charm bracelet kinda girl, but I think it's a great idea. (Actually, the more I think about it, I may become a charm bracelet kinda girl!)
I can't speak for all women, but most of us prefer "thoughtful" gifts and that one fits the bill. It's creative and different than the typical t-shirt and the idea that you'll have the ability to get her a charm from different trips is a plus. She will be able to think of that every time she puts it on. Bonus points! I say go for it Romeo.
To answer your question about how many...you can fill them to the gills, so to speak.
Most ladies do like jewelry but I gather from your posting that your lady does not ride her own bike and sounds like she doesn't even ride on yours with you- so why would you think she would like to get a charm bracelet that reminds her of all the time you spend away from her? IN this case sounds to me like you would be better off to get her some nice piece of jewelry that is not biker related. Perhaps pearl earring and necklace or a pretty heart? I know one of the nicest gifts I ever got from my hubby of 38 years is a beautiful card with a 3 page love letter inside of it. I treasure that letter and have kept it for many years to re read when ever I feel like it.

I think what 1200babe said has to be considered. There are times I have not been able to go with Dave on a trip, and to be honest, if he had brought me back a trinket it would just remind me of the resentment.
On the flip side, if your wife fully supports your riding but does not enjoy riding herself, then you have to consider if she would really want something from HD in the first place.
Maybe just a classic charm bracelet from a local jewelry store would be best. That way you could still pick up charms for her when you see an interesting one but the focus is not an HD theme. You could still buy her an HD charm for the new bracelet to represent you, most charms will easily fit on any charm bracelet.
