As long as your funds are available keep the economy rolling and no you don't have a disorder, do some changes and them make changes! Its a vicious cycle.
It's part of the joy of owning a Harley! Just try to do a little at a time. I maxed out a 1300 Honda VTX and when I finally finished I sold it a month later. I did enjoy all the add ons. It was truly a head turner (But it wasn't a Harley!). Don't go overboard, You'll take a big hit when you trade/sell it!!
Now I'm starting to take sh*t off of it because I have this uncontrollable need to keep changing things with my bikes.
Your wife may be on to something. Some times, when someone constantly changes things (rearranging the furniture in the house, reorganizing cabinets or drawers...), it is an indication they are unhappy with something about themselves or in their lives that they cannot change.
Then again, maybe you just like messin' with your bike.
tima, it is even simpler is check dis out... I was never married is never had that problem is no head dr. Needed is now some married men go thru a, "honey due list" and that lawyer of hers is did you seed that coming is they are pre-programmed like you mess with her box is you are gonna be sorry!
I remember when I got my first bike it needed a **** load of work. almost a complete overhall. I wanted to get it back to absolute perfect shape. I practically did it because of the time and effort I put in. I can remember this old timer motorcycle dealer just kept asking me the same question... Have you riden it?.... and as soon as i'd say something he's cut me off with... Ride... He speaks the truth. Its about the ride, not the carbs, fluids, lights, seats, chrome, paint. If I were you I'd focus more on just enjoying riding your bike. Then again for some maybe its not as much about the ride. In that case i'd get urself another bike... somethin really cheap that u can work on when ur bored and will keep u busy, and leave ur other one alone for riding. Its all up to u thou. Theres no harm in any of it, as long as u can support it financially.
I have a friend like you. He makes up his mind about 30 times before he makes up his mind. Theres nothing wrong with it. I have a more perfectionist thing about me, where I will go through hell to find the perfect thing for me and then will stick to it like glue... Most often I will find it, but in that case its best to realize that nothing is perfect.
ok im done blabin, hope some of this helped
