modular helnet

i have a modular harley helmet, i am thinking of putting windshield tint on the clear shield, harley does not make a shield that has enough tint to it, anyone ever put tint on a helmet shield?

It's almost impossible to put on tint unless you do it for a living, do to the curve of the shield. I tried it and had to use pieces, it looked like crap. So I bought a tinted shield. Becareful ..it's $45 at the stealer and only $15 online

I think HJC will fit, they make that helmet for HD, pretty sure.

Tried the tint thingy myself and it look like crap. Bought the tinted one from a Indy and it looks a lot better. my.02

Ummm...... how about sunglasses? You can them pretty dark.

I think fog city makes a add on sun block film but I hear there is some distortion at night. I have a stip of sunvisor tint for the top of the shield, I havent put it on yet but my buddy has one and says he can get by w/o sunglasses in the daytime.
