Needing some info before buying
I've been trying to find the best deal on some Progressive 422s for my 99 Fatboy for some time now. I'm not in any real hurry, but I've found a set of Progressive adjustable shocks for 89-99 softail, but they are not 422s. The part number for these are 2968T1. I have been all over the Progressive web site & cannot find this part number. I was told that they come out stock on some custom applications, but to date, have not found anyone that can tell me if they are comparable to the 422s. I called Progressive & they are closed until Monday, so no help there. The sale on these shocks will end tommorrow. If anyone has heard of this model or knows anyone who has had any experience with them please let me know. The price on these are a lot less than the 422s,(they are used, but look like new), but I'm not going to waste money on something without knowing what I'm buying. I'm running out of time on these, but if I don't get any info on them, I'm gonna let them go.
