Who know's someone with a flow jet or water jet?

A fellow forum member (JohnnyBoy) wants a custom piece made for his rear fender that looks like this. Gotta be a custom app and I am sure it will be pricey, but who can do such a thing?

I just might be able to help, what exactly were you wanting cut out? I see the logo, but which part are you looking at?

Actually just the fist button, knife and word. Looking for maybe 3x4 inch in aluminum (thick) to mount in the 3 holes (triangle holes) of the softail rear license plate mounting area. A picture of it in black is here (and my Avatar is in white):
