Default You Can Have Any Bike. Why A Harley Davidson?

The title of the thread says it all. A lot of us have had metric bikes. What the heck is it about the call of the Harley that inevitably causes us to long for one?

Maybe because there are two types of bikes - Harley and everything else.

Why have a hotdog, when you can have a steak, Filet Mignon at that. Barbecued to perfection with all the fixins. Yum Yum.

Many long for simpler times when the USA was free and wild and the envy of all the world,Harleys let you step back in time a bit by evoking memories of those days gone by.

Because its what I like.

Its like being able to buy a "real" muscle car (Cuda, GTO, Camero) but its brand NEW.

Quality, style, history and SOUL! And American Built!! (I know, but mostly)

If I wanted to go fast I would buy a rocket.
