Got my Cruiserworks boots yesterday and took them for a short ride.
These boots are well made, and seem to be very comfortable. They are quite a bit lighter than the HD boots I have been wearing, and fit better.
I got the slip on engineer boots, and they are very tight in the instep getting on, but once my foot is in they fit like a glove. For anyone with a real high instep the zip up's or lace up's would probably be a better choice.
So far these boots are everything I expected. Time will tell how good they really are.
I've had mine 3 years now and just love 'em. I do have a high arch and the side zips work for me. I have used Cruiserworks polish on mine and they still look new. I wear them when I'm in a business suit as well. You will thank yourself for buying those boots.
I have had my first pair for 6 years. I wear them nearly every day. I had them resoled a couple years back. At that time it was only $40.00 including freight. I just sent them in to get resoled again. The price has gone up to $72.00 including freight. I like the boots so much that I also just bought a new pair for $219.00. I haven't got the old pair back yet, but it is claimed it will only take about 10 days max. I'll let you know. Oh ya, my wife has a pair that 6 years old as well. Hers still look new because she doesn't wear hers very often compared to me. I bought her a new pair $189.00 at the same time I bought my new pair. I bought hers 1 size larger so she can wear an extra pair of socks on those chile days.
