well let me rephrase the question, i am inquiring about auto clutches for a friend, that just bought a 2009 dyna. he has a disability and i am installing an electric shifter and a auto clutch on his bike, this would be the only way he can ride. i have heard of efm and kuryakin and a few other company's, which would be the best?

Try Grandeur auto clutches, I believe that they were originally made for drag racing. www.grandeurcycle.com.

Default Ask questions about this application

If this disability would preclude him from shifting in an emergency or pulling in the clutch, maybe questions should be raised about safety issues. I have actual experience where friends put them on than removed them. I am not saying anything about them other than exercise safety first. I am sure any of the above aforementioned companies would be truthful as well as helpful in your friends endeavor.

This might be an option for your buddy. The Lehman trike conversions use them for people with disabilities... The photo shows their foward control unit but they have them for all control types.
