Take it easy on the guy, his login says he is from Salem, Oregon. For new bikes try our local stealers. Latus is just O.K., the guys @ Paradise seem to be good, haven't had the chance yet to see how good. Salem and Albany are there also. Vancouver and Seattle won't charge an Oregon resident sales tax. they are pretty close.
If you have any interest in used, try Oregonvehicleremarketing.com. Good guy's selling used bikes only. Most with really low miles, garage queens. I bought my '05 Heritage there with 4,500 miles on it for $14,000. Super clean.
You will have to get out and dicker with prices at dealers.
Geesh! Tough crowd! Give the poor guy a break. As suggested visit HD's website, drop in your zip code and locate your nearest dealer. HD requires any dealership to have a physical location for sales, service and motorclothes so you will not find any "web only dealers". Your best bet is your nearest dealer.
boy... some of you guys do run in a tough crowd. all i'm looking for is a lead, i know i'll be face to face with the dealer when the time comes. i've never bought any high dollar thing off the net or over the phone without first checking things out in person

I understand what you are saying. I ended up buying mine through a lead from another member here on H-D Forum. I PM'd him and got all the pertinent info. Worked into a good deal for me as well.
Good luck
