This is what I found. If you dues are paid through the current year into the next year you will receive your goodies at the beginning of the current year. My membership expires in May 2010 so in May 2009 I will renew to May 2011 and like this year I will get the pin,patch and book in early 2010.

Lifer here but really dont care about the Guide or pins or patch's.I throw em in a drawer and usealy give the guide to a friend.....I lie the Fly and Ride and raodside Ast program.
