I ran into a guy I know and his son is a buddy who works at Corbin. He said Mike is NOT actively selling but according to him, would for the right offer. I know this is 2nd hand word of mouth but his son is one of the managers. Apparently there was one guy who wanted to purchase Corbin but the offer he made Mike wasn't close to worth what he feels it's worth.
