NOOOOOOOOOOOOOoo this is gonna start another " you trailier so you're not a real biker" thread...by the way we have pingle brand tie downs. Harbor freight has some nice ones too.
If by bracket you mean the actual anchors you'd install on the trailer, I'd look at the E-Track strips and then whatever tie-down accessories best fit your application.
The old man's toy hauler has two E-Track strips horizontally across the floor. Allows flexibility for tie-down placement. He's used them for bikes, scuba tank, kayaks, etc. If you are predominantly going to be hauling bikes, I'd choose the E-Track snap in anchors with the large ring as opposed to the d-ring. Always seems like the D-rings on ours are being cross loaded.
Not exactly sure what you're looking for but... another vote for PowerTye 2" ratchets and E-tracks for versatile mounting. Add a nice wheel dock and you've got a solid combination.
Look for a d-ring like this. It is about 5" square and is rated at 5,000 lbs. When mounting have a 3/16" steel backing plate welded to your trailer frame. Price around $5.00
