Question Smoked Lenses Input Requested

Oppertunity to pick-up smoke blinker lenses for my Ultra came up tonight, I've seen them for years and like the looks, but for the life of me I can't remember following anyone during the daylight sunshine to see if they are as bright as the stock amber lenses.
Can anyone give me their input on seeing smoke blinker lenses in the daylight/ were the bright?

Thanks........R

You're in Mon-friggin-tana, not Manhattan..How bright do they need to be? Anyway, Not as bright as the clear, but bright enough is the right answer.

Put in the orange bulbs and they are plenty bright for the insane traffic here. I think you'll be fine.

+1 on the LED's. I have the red ones on the rear with my smoked lens and they are bright. I still need to find some amber LED's for the front.

Never cared if they were bright enough. Have them still on my wideglide--took them off of the heritage classic. Went with the clear on the heritage classic. Want to go with the clear on the wideglide. In my opinion they don't look as good smoked--they look old. Clear lens look sharper when bike is sitting and they are bright enough going down the road.
