So what would you do......put all the stock stuff back on to pass smog,put the stuff on then take it off after the test,sell the bike?
This is really gunna suck for the owners and be good for the dealers.

The gov better start paying tax refunds before they oppose anymore BS on the citizens. Ahhhh....I had a nice trip through AZ last weekend. AZ is looking better by the minute.

Arizona's great, but Maricopa County (Phoenix area) has annual emissions testing for motorcycles over 5 years old. Currently the only county in the country that does.

Legislators are just looking for more ways to generate revenue, the emissions put out by motorcycles is negligible.

When this was talked about on here last week someone asked what Arnold the Guv was going to do with his bikes. You really think it'll happen?

Well it will take considerable investment but good old Madame Speaker Pislosi will get the Federal Tax dollars to do it.....no doubt the Peoples Republic of Ohio will try it next. More "job creation" from the Master. One good reason to have a SERT...load your stock map...get tested...reload your race map...

They aren't going to hassle me, my old 1989 FXST is exempt. Below is from the article:
"The law would cover all motorcycles model year 2000 or newer and, if passed, would go into effect on January 1st, 2012."
