Arizona's great, but Maricopa County (Phoenix area) has annual emissions testing for motorcycles over 5 years old. Currently the only county in the country that does.
Legislators are just looking for more ways to generate revenue, the emissions put out by motorcycles is negligible.
Well it will take considerable investment but good old Madame Speaker Pislosi will get the Federal Tax dollars to do it.....no doubt the Peoples Republic of Ohio will try it next. More "job creation" from the Master. One good reason to have a SERT...load your stock map...get tested...reload your race map...
