Fxrg leather here. It is waterproof, warm, etc... Everything it's cracked up to be imho.

I have the Nylon FXRG and I love it. Better quality than I have seen from anyone else and with the 5 year unconditional garantee it is hard to beat. Way too hot for summer use around here (California) so I bought a summer jacket. Lower part zips off and leaves the shoulders with amour and the bottom is a very open mesh. I don't do leather anymore, as the performance of nylon is better. Slides across pavement better too.

I would like one, but know where it's made and the price - I just can't justify the cost!

So I'll keep my Schott's jacket that is made in the US for a lot less.

I was given an FXRG rain suit and FXRG gloves (Guantlet with visor squeegee) for one Christmas. All I can say is if the people on the titanic had the rain gear, they still would have perished but they would have been completely dry.

The FXRG stuff is thoughtfully designed. Just about every convenience/comfort feature riding gear should have.

The price, however..........

eBay can produce many good deals on this stuff.

Absolute thumbs up to FXRG clothing. Excellent stuff. Cold weather is no problem with it on.

I have the FXRG Leather jacket and I find it to be of excellent quality, fit and smooth pliable leather. I believe it is also water resistant. I use all the armor except the kidney pad. Decent flow through ventilation with all the vent zippers unzipped. I bought mine on Ebay for $300 shipped and it was 12 months old.

Fox Creek leather also sells quality leather gear and it is made in the U.S.A.

Had the Heine Gericke First Gear leather jacket with a thermoliner that was worn out. I looked around for a replacement of the same or better quality and purchased the 2009 FXRG leather jacket. By far an away the best leather and functional motorcycle jacket I have owned!!
