I am looking to get saddle bag inserts. The hard ones that way my bags don't end up looking ****ty. I went to the shop in Miami and they didn't have anything like that? does anyone know where i could get them online somewhere?
Also looking to get the highway bars and pegs. should i go through harley and get them. or is there somewhere else online to get them as well. Does anyone have any recommendations for some bars? thanks for the help. You guys are the best.
These were the best for my 02 Heritage. Complete kit. Came with everything including the aircraft glue for the lid. It took about an hour to install them outside of waiting for the glue to dry to the lid.
Just lay a folded towel on the stud side of the bag lids and the table, and put something to hold it down overnight.
It more or less tuned my saddle bags into a sort of hardbag. Worked great.
It cost me $180 Canadian a few years ago. More than likely cheaper in the states.

Agreed, gotsaggybags.com is the way to go. The cost of mine was $125 delivered. If your bags have been exposed to very much rain, you will likely have to sand/grind down the edges in the front and rear inserts to fit. I had to sand down almost a quarter inch on each insert because of leather shrinkage.
