Default saddle bag reinforcement

I owned a 2001 Heritage Softail. The bags are beginning to sag. I have found only one place to have the bags reinforced. In my travels I spoke to a few that said there were more than one place to get the inserts and do the work your self. Anyone that can help? Thanks

I just ordered these for my '03 Heritage, as recommended by other riders:

I'll be breaking down and doing the saddlebag thing as well. Everyone I know has also said "gotsaggybags" is the place to go as well. Guy at the shop had them and his bags looked like new.

Wife has GotSaggyBags on her Heritage. They work well, and are easy to install.
