What are you trying to accomplish with the true duals?
If your after more performance, then you will probably need to add an intake system as well to compliment the added exhaust flow. And in that case, you will probably need some type of tuning done.
If you just want the true duals for looks and sound, then you might be fine leaving everything else alone.

I expect you will be way too lean, even if you have stock intake. They are already too lean with factory stock pipes. You will get a lot pop on decell, and may have pinging under load or while opening the throttle in higher gears. A PCIII is recommended and then have it mapped with a good tuner on a dyno.
