I'm on my forth set of wrap arounds over the last 18 years. The latest is the same model as yours and I don't have that problem. Its possible that it might be the strength and focal point of your prescription.
I am only nearsighted and need them at night, Yes one pair is clear lens. Many years ago I learned to go to a local optometrist, they'll keep doing it until the lens are right. I didn't find that with the mail order ones.
I am farsighted actually, so I guess that might be something that differentiates people that get good ones vs bad ones. I will see what the vendor says about this. I hope I don't have to have it fixed locally, because Rx prescriptions here are expensive as hell.
I've had 2 sets of prescription glasses from SportRx. No problems with either set, but they ask you for your prescription and then tell you which frames would be suitable for your prescription. Many on here have said they haven't had problems, but everyone's prescription is different, and not all frames are suitable for all prescriptions. I need to have frames which don't have as tight a wrap as I'd like, but at least I can see through them fine.
I once ordered a pair of $450 Costas for fishing, and had them on for 2 minutes before I returned them. I went to a different optician and he told me I never should have been sold those frames, because they wouldn't be suitable for my prescription. He recommended some different ones, and they work great (and were $50 less than the originals).
So make sure whoever is making them for you can tell you what will work and what won't work with your prescription.
I had a hard time getting a local Wiley X dealer to get me a prescription lens for them……the first one I went to declined to do it. They were an awful dealer, but there may have been something to what they told me. They mentioned that several people they made the glasses for couldn’t wear them.
I found another dealer who took my insurance and they ordered me some Wiley X Top Jimmies with Transitions lenses and they work perfectly for me. I couldn’t ride without my Wiley X glasses….I’m spoiled!
I think it has something to do with the bend of the lens and your personal prescription. They have to make sure it will work.
I have astigmatism and am near sighted and have Ray Ban Predators and have no issues. They should be able to look at your prescription and tell if you are going to have distortion or not. They should stand behind their product and give you a refund.
I bought my Wiley X Ink's from a local optician with teflon coated transition lens made by the optician's lab. Absolutely love 'em...no distortion.
I am kind of new to prescription glasses of any kind and I made one expensive mistake - I paid top dollar for the Wiley's from my optician that included the day/night lenses from Wiley. These Wiley lenses were just removed and handed to me with the new glasses, which now had the opticians lenses in them. I should have just bought the Wiley frames without the lenses and handed them to my optician. Oh well, live and learn.

There are only a few optical companies that are capable of properly putting your prescription in a 8 base curve lens. Done right, there should be no distortion.
I got Wiley-x Blinks and they're great. First time I can see clearly to the side without a frame in my way. Wiley-x used to use Hoya Optical in California. One of the best labs.
Wiley-x unfortunately stopped offering prescriptions direct so you're on your own. See if your optician will send to Hoya. Make sure they only use the 8 base curve lens so as not to distort the frame. I have this and love it. Have to figure ou how to get another pair now that I can't do it the old way.
If you buy them from Wiley-X directly, they will work with you. I sent back a pair to get them right before. I don't know if they do that when you buy them from someplace else.
