Blowing in the Wind
One of them asks him, "Does the wind ALWAYS blow like this out here?"
Kid never even looks up, jus' responds, "Nah, sometimes it comes outta the East."
AND here's a pic of IT, coming outta the East.
Taken on top of Oahe Dam, trip to Sturgis, 2005. Winds were 50, with gusts to 70. The temp was in the upper 80's, low 90's, BUT Momma's "headlights" were ON, cause she was COLD????
(Note the flag and the tassels)
Many folks, including your's truly, have noted that the past 2 years, it has been way windy 'round here. More so, than any can remember. Climate change??

Has made for some very interesting riding, to say the least.
When they put out "High Vehicle Wind WARNINGS", at 6'6", 160#s, riding a lightweight chop, I stay put. JUST like we did in Pierre for 2 days. (SEE above pic
IF it will tip box cars over on railroad tracks, it'll blow yur **** 'round, REAL good. )
