Full face helmets
Like today! Two mountain passes in 200+ miles! Can't wait. 1 hour, 45 minutes... 44 minutes...
Steve
The helmet works fine and when the jaw is all the way back it really feels like a normal openface helmet. The visor can be replaced in 1 minut. Its no problem removing the jaw when riding and putting it back. Windnoise is minimal but I still use earplugs when riding on longer rides.
If you dont like the design of the boxer helmet with the moving jaw, they also make another helmet with a completely removable lover part. Its the Roof Roadster, and it looks like a Jet-fighter pilot helmet. I think it looks awsome and i think it will be my next helmet.

If you want a real fullface or flipup helmet I can recommend the Schubert C3 helmet. Its a flipup but its narrow, small in the shell (way smaller then the C2) and extremely light, and has integrated sunvisor. It has antifog visor and field of vision is superb. Windnoise is minimal. I have this helmet too and never wear earplugs when using this helmet.
Dont get the C2, I use it at work 5-6 hours of mc riding 5 days a week. Its big and clumsy (dont know if "clumsy" is spelled right) and heavy.

IMO and as others have stated, your best bet is to wear earplugs.
"It's a friggen motorcycle, it's not supposed to be comfortable, quiet
or safe. The windnoise is supposed to hurt your ears, the seat should
be hard and riding it should make you **** your pants every now and
then. "
Anyone ride with a vintage or Biltwell 3/4 helmet? that seems like it would help with the noise (covers the ears) but still looks cool and lets the wind on the face
