I just spent an hour riding my Sporty to the shop in the pouring rain. I was wearing chaps, leather jacket, and a full face helmet. I wasn't soaked, but borderline uncomfortable. If I were doing any more distance, it would have been irritating.
I'm looking for recommendations for a rain suit... I like the HD Hi-Visibility rainsuit, but was wondering if there was anything else out there you might recommend. Visibility is big for me, as is a good fit.
I have the Hi-Vis harley suit and can tell you from experience that it is outstanding!! I also wear the Harley rain gaiters to cover my boots/pant legs. I rode for quite sometime down the superslab and my clothes were not wet at all when I got home.

+1 good stuff, live on the coast, good visibility and keeps me dry, even in the slop....
I have the low end Harley rain gear. It folds up into a nice ball about the size of a 16 inch softball (I'm from Chicago) and it takes up very little room in my bags. I have used them three times and I have had no problem with them.
